Why Love is Art Matters

Every dog at PIPs has a story of resilience, but their second chance depends on support. Medical care, rehabilitation, and time to heal are possible because of generous hearts. Love is Art turns compassion into action, giving dogs like CiCi, Teagan, Joy, and Ruby the future they deserve.

CiCi: A World Without Sight or Sound, But Full of Love

Born blind and deaf, CiCi needs extra time and care to find the perfect home. At PIPs, we ensure she feels safe, loved, and supported for as long as she needs. Love is Art helps us provide that care to dogs like CiCi.

Teagan: A Fight for Life After Cruelty

Teagan survived severe neglect and a life-threatening infection, requiring a $20,000 visit to NC State. Her recovery has been long, but her resilience is inspiring. Love is Art allows us to say yes to dogs like Teagan, no matter the cost.

Joy: A Survivor Who Chose Love

Abused and burned, Joy arrived at PIPs with deep physical and emotional scars. Despite her past, she is the happiest dog, proving love can heal. Love is Art ensures dogs like Joy get the care they need to thrive.

Ruby: Saved, Starved, and Given a Second Chance

Adopted from a shelter and returned three months later at half her weight, Ruby was starved and weak. PIPs gave her medical care, love, and the chance to heal. Love is Art helps dogs like Ruby turn suffering into second chances.
